Shipment usually takes up to 10 business days.
Postal delays may occur from time to time.

Non-US customers, please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes that your package may incur on arrival.

Turnaround times

Every item you order is being made especially for you. I cut, print, and saw it on the spot so currently shipping is within 5 days from order placement. I appreciate your patience, and I promise it will be worth the wait! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are concerned about an order reaching you by a certain date.

Rush Orders

If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please email gala@galalabel.com with the subject line RUSH ORDER and I can offer you Express delivery (2-3 business days) with an additional price of $25 USD.

Returns

I want you to love your new item! If that is not the case, you may return the item postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. An email notification would be most appreciated and will help speed up your refund as well.

Please note that the return shipping charges are non-refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

Exchanges

If you got your order and fill like exchanging to another item, please email me to gala@galalabel.com with the subject line Exchange and let me know what will be the item you would like to get instead. Please note, the new item will be sent only after I get the original item back in their original condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

Please note I will not charge shipping on the new item and you must pay for the return shipping.
